ABSTRACT

The president of the Sports Club in a large company had considerable influence and turned out to be an ally of a sensitive project. In order to get a sensitive project off the ground, a limited group of allies must be dynamically focused on a lateral project. This group is the first circle from which successive circles of players can be mobilised. To create and develop this first dynamic of the group the authors have developed an approach called ‘mediation-revelation’. The information spreads with the involvement of the project team. Once the network of allies has stabilised, it should be possible to resume the project. However, it soon becomes apparent that only the easiest part of the task has been completed: the overall objective is to enlarge the circle of allies and progressively to occupy the whole of the area.
