ABSTRACT
To enable comparative analysis, all plans are reproduced at approximately 1:200 scale. In addition to the building plans, a structural frame plan is often included as a line-and-dot diagram. Storeys are indicated where necessary, 1 being the lowest level. Furniture is shown where it has a specifically architectural purpose in terms of defining space, otherwise the following letter key is used: LR Living Room, BR Bed Room, DR Dining Room, ST Study (studio, library, gallery etc.), RR Recreation Room (family room, workshop etc.), SR Sun Room (conservatory, greenhouse, enclosed terrace etc.), GR Garage (carport etc.).
