ABSTRACT
The cane plantation has always been well taken care of, as Sudan is an agriculture-based country and has ample indigenous manpower with adequate experience and qualifications in agronomy and cane cultivation. The original agronomy team was headed by Dr Ahmed El Fadil, a Sudanese sugar cane expert, and supplemented by Dr Isobe, a consulting agriculturalist, seconded by ABA International Inc. of Hawaii, USA.
