ABSTRACT
We all have some idea of what teachers do in school if only because we remember our own schooldays; our own teachers always seemed to be busy with a multitude of tasks in the corridors and playgrounds as well as in the classrooms. The teachers of today are just as busy with tasks, which all contribute to their pupils’ education, but only some of these tasks are directly concerned with the actual teaching of mathematics. 1
