ABSTRACT
N o w Albert m and Agricola fay, that there is no difference betwixt the Moufe Varim and the Squirrel, but only in the Region which altereth the colour, and therefore we have expreffed the fame figure thereof, remitting the Reader to tha t which is faid in that Hiftory, for this (fay they) in Germany \s red after it be a year old, but before that time it is blackifh, that is till it be a year o l d : In Polonia it is of a red-afh colour, or branded gryfell, in Rufia of an ordinary afh colour}and for the quantity, food, and manner, or natural inclination, it hath the fame in all parts with the moufe Varim.
