ABSTRACT
The Staff College and the General Staff are more concerned in the study of Staff Duties and Organisation than in the art of winning battles. That is one reason why I have always regarded the magic letters psc as being no criterion of Generalship. In fact, I think that the attainment of those letters very often crystallises an already narrow mind into a mere thread of thought!
