Do you want an Agreement?

In a meeting between Barak and President Clinton in Lisbon it was agreed that Madeleine Albright would come to the region to assess the progress and the potential for a successful summit between the leaders. The president was optimistic, stating in one of his reports that he believed there were few issues remaining to be finalized.
