ABSTRACT

Having dealt with the balance sheet we now turn to the other main component of a property company’s annual report and accounts: the profit and loss account. This shows the revenue position over the year as a whole, and normally it will be a “consolidated” profit and loss account in which the results of all the companies in the group are aggregated as if these companies were a single entity.
