ABSTRACT
The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 brings in a vast range of challenges for all involved in residential leasehold property, particularly those responsible for managing blocks of flats. As with all new legislation of any substance, new threats and opportunities are posed. This concluding chapter will look at some of the possible ways of protecting against the threats and grasping the opportunities.
