Rights, Duties and Responsibilities

From the acquisition date, the right to manage the premises passes from the landlord or manager to the RTM company. Neither the landlord’s rights nor his duties come to an end there however. The freehold does not change hands, and the parties to the leases remain the same (including any RMC’s, although their role is likely to become marginalised).
