Dilapidations and Litigation

A civil dispute is a dispute between two (or more) parties concerning a private matter, for example a dispute over a relationship; performance of a contract; a breach of a duty of care, etc. In dilapidations claims the parties to the civil dispute are landlord and tenant and the litigation relates to the breach of the lease covenant.
