ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the use of a self assessment schedule. The aim of the schedule is to provide a comprehensive and analytical record of learning in situations where students have substantial responsibility for what they do. It is a personal report on learning and achievements which can be either for students' own use or as a product which can form part of a formal assessment procedure. It is qualitative and discursive.
