ABSTRACT
Current experience suggests that effective delivery of GNVQ requires that everyone involved, students and teachers, understand how the qualification works:
teachers have had to work hard at understanding the structure of GNVQ. This has been an essential first step; a starting point for an understanding of the culture within which GNVQ operates and a basis for planning GNVQ delivery.
