ABSTRACT
Thus far we have looked at the purpose and benefits of flexible assessment and the key roles and responsibilities of advisors and assessors. In this chapter we will investigate implementation issues, those concrete, practical issues that must be addressed before a sound service can be introduced. Many organisations find that flexible assessment services can be integrated easily into their normal provision; others find that the integration itself acts as a catalyst for much needed change.
