ABSTRACT
You are prepared to deliver the new course or learning materials — but what about your learners? This chapter discusses aspects of dealing with learner expectation during the delivery stage. One important aspect is assuring everybody in the community of the learner that the new course and materials are appropriate to the education and training purpose.
