ABSTRACT
Here and elsewhere in this book we talk about the educational community in which you operate. The community involves everyone in the education and training process. These members may be considered stakeholders. At any one time, there will be different levels of interest shown by people in the educational community. At some points the new course and materials may be of concern to only particular stakeholders. You need to recognize that planning, development and delivery of a new course or course materials development and delivery of a new course or course materials is a learning process process for some of these stakeholders. In this chapter we address some of the concerns stakeholders may raise from their perspective.
