Using the Internet as a delivery tool for teaching and learning materials

In the early days of Web browsers (eight years ago), the early designers of teaching and learning material for delivery on the Internet knew about the need for interactivity. There was also an obvious desire to show how smart they were because every whistle and bell that could be used, was used.
