ABSTRACT
Interactivity is the critical factor in the use of the Internet and unless teachers are able to utilize this interactivity in their presentation of course material on the Internet, this Internet material will fail. The first reason for failure is that there is a lack of the five T’s. The second is that the real revolution has to do with content, context and the ownership of information that is now available to the learner: this is the paradigm shift.
