ABSTRACT
Processes are the coordinated actions of workers aimed at producing products and services. The new paradigm guides workers at all levels into working with, and reinforcing the natural processes of, self-organizing networks. As a result individuals, teams and whole organizations learn how to work more efficiently and produce higher levels of quality.
