ABSTRACT
Rosemary Gladstar is the founder of the California School of Herbal Studies and the United Plant Savers, and cofounder of Sage Mountain, a retreat center and botanical sanctuary. She is the author of the immensely popular Herbal Healing for Women (1993), the Sage Healing Way series, the Gladstar Family Herbal (2001), and coeditor of Planting the Future (2000). She has taught herbology extensively throughout the United States and led travel adventures to study indigenous healing systems in many parts of the globe. Her experience includes over twenty years in the herbal community as a healer, teacher, visionary, and organizer of large herbal events.
