ABSTRACT
Data communication can bring the world into the classroom. Properly structured and facilitated within the existing curriculum, instructional telecommunications can be a powerful tool in the instructional arsenal. It can improve critical thinking skills and help us reevaluate concepts that may ultimately lead to true global education.
