ABSTRACT

The tendency of people to rationalize their manifestations takes the burden off deep-seated, underlying problems. If they admit that the needs are real, that they exist and are the sources of the many discrepancies, then they would have to acknowledge that something is wrong, to identify what is wrong, and to work honestly and assiduously to rectify what is wrong. This would imply removing the impediments that create limited educational opportunities, a sobriquet which is an artificial category that separates groups of people without legitimate bases.
