ABSTRACT

This chapter presents and discusses results and conclusions relative to the research questions. It also discusses implications and limitations of the current research as well as directions for future research. The chapter further suggests how skills may be of normative importance to the entrepreneur. Although all of the conclusions discussed in this chapter so far bear great importance to both theory and research in the field of entrepreneurship, little of direct practical value to the entrepreneur him/herself has yet been discussed save the possibilities of entrepreneursituation matching and remediation. The skill levels of entrepreneurs are very important to their success and must be investigated much more thoroughly in the future in order to enhance the people understanding of the processes both of their use and of their acquisition. It is hoped that this study will stimulate much-needed future research in entrepreneurial skills and other important entrepreneurial characteristics.
