American and Japanese Interaction at the Workplace—Repair Department, Suntech America

The repair department of Suntech was a branch of the San Jose Repair Center. In contrast to the manufacturing department, where Rick, an American, was the department manager, Mr. Nogi, a Japanese, was the department manager in the repair department. Don Grace, an American, was the assistant manager. Beneath them there were two Japanese managers, Mr. Minato and Mr. Miyamura, and one American female manager, Katie Springer.
