ABSTRACT
Cusson and Laberge-Altmejd (1977) have stated that one need only have experienced the power of another to appreciate its potential for destructiveness. And it is quite possible to underestimate the satisfaction that may be derived from wielding power over another or others, with consequences extending out to a community and even to a nation, at times by the simple use of speech or gesture. 1
