ABSTRACT
Friendship Village is a “continuing care” retirement center. Established in early 1977, it is a non-profit privately owned retirement community housed under one roof. The building is composed of 4 pavilions or semi-detached units. It offers residents extensive health care facilities and services as well as passive indoor recreation/leisure services. Residency is restricted to those at least 52 years old.
