ABSTRACT
The intention of this book is to give those with an interest in practising stage management a solid grounding in the skills and understanding needed to function effectively. The many areas in which the stage manager must operate are presented. objectives cited and working procedures discussed – the idea being that if the processes flow smoothly, your own enjoyment of the job will be heightened through your increased efficiency.
