ABSTRACT
Now that I had introduced both process cues and Centering to Veronica and Brian, it was time to start integrating the two skills into their specific performances. For Veronica, this meant focusing her energy in her center and then singing from this energy source with the help of her process cue. But first, I wanted to see how she was doing familiarizing herself with the entire Centering process. This was three days after our last call.
