ABSTRACT

The mutual relations between the actors on the stage and the drama critics are not normal. This abnormality of relations between the critics and the stage came about because of the evanescence and short life of our art. These peculiar qualities render it impossible to check up on criticism and make the protests of the actors unprovable. Criticism will continue to depend on the decency of the critic and the actor in each individual case. In defense of the critic, it must be said that his art requires unusual talent, an emotion memory, knowledge and personal qualities. The critic must know and sense the psychology of the audience so that he may find the key to the secret places of their hearts and introduce the ideas of the playwright and actors into those secret places. Very few understand our special approach to the stage and its technique the psychology of those who create images.
