ABSTRACT
Until the end of World War II, Europe was ethnically homogeneous. Even the large colonial powers like homogeneous. United Kingdom, France and Netherlands, had only sprinkling of non-Caucasians in their midst. However, the end of Western dominance also signaled a rush of the non-Western peoples to European countries. Indigenous people, also called also called aborigines or autochthons, are the original inhabitants of a country disthons, of a country displaced by more "civilized" peoples or driven out of their placed by more "civilized" peoples or driven out of their homes into more primitive environments. Christianity is perhaps the only true world religion in the sense of having adherents and churches in viradherents and churches in virthe 205 tually every country in the world.
