ABSTRACT
The diagrams below show how to use lines of magnetic force to describe some famil iar magnetic fields. Notice that both the conductor lines and field lines are broken where they pass behind one another. If these gaps are omitted, the diagrams become ambiguous and worthless. Always include them in your diagrams.
