ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the basics of email. All versions of Netscape Navigator have the capability to send email (we looked at that in Chapter 2 ), and Netscape version 2 or later includes the programs to both send and receive email. Some folks use other email programs, such as Eudora, cc:Mail, Mailx, Microsoft Office Express, or Pine. Regardless of which you use, you'll have to understand many of the following topics:
How Email Works
Advantages and Limitations of Email
Understanding Internet Email Addresses
Dissecting a Piece of Email-Headers, Message, and Signature
Finding Someone's Internet Email Address
Email Etiquette

Working with Netscape Mail
