ABSTRACT
The Inclusion Coordinator would be well advised to compile an ongoing portfolio of professional development, linked to meeting the Teachers' Standards Framework (DfES 2001a). This record of evidence will support and reflect upon the progress made by the Inclusion Coordinator, in promoting and improving educational inclusion within the school.
