ABSTRACT
The Learning Support Assistant, as a member of a collaborative teaching and learning team, is central to developing effective educational inclusion. In order that they contribute to best value and promote an inclusive ethos by sharing skills and supporting others, the LSA needs time to reflect upon and learn from their experience.
