You will be formally assessed at the end of every term. This will build on information gathered, probably by different people, about how you are doing. The formats suggested in this book, particularly those relating to the standards in Chapters 5 and 6, will help in gaining an accurate picture of you. However, one of the most important pieces of evidence will come from people observing you teach.
