ABSTRACT
Everyone is interested in subjects which give them pleasure. The enjoyment may be the result of a challenge which brings new experiences and provides the opportunity to extend skills or it may derive from being with people who share your interests as in team activities and clubs. You need to find the activity intrinsically satisfying and rewarding – people generally do not indulge in those activities they find hard for fun. For example, only those children who find them easy will do jigsaws – those who find them difficult or do not see the point will not choose this particular activity.
