ABSTRACT
The learning of spoken language is partly through interaction with others and partly biological; most people are predestined to speak. Their environment will determine which languages are spoken. The more a person verbally interacts with others, the more they are likely to develop language. The parent/carer is the first and most critical person with whom a child will interact. This interaction often dictates the future. Communication includes eye contact, facial expression and body language.
