ABSTRACT
‘I think we should learn the fact that – the phrase that’s being used so much now is sustainable development -that you can have industry and you can have environment at the same time. While it’s not easy I think Sudbury has demonstrated that and is continuing to demonstrate with further emission reductions that such things are possible. It’s important to push technology — technology got us into these problems and it’s not at all unreasonable to think that technology can get us out of it.’
