ABSTRACT
Agenda of the South may require a transfer of skills and technology from the North. Equally, addressing the Green Agenda of the North may require a transfer of skills and technology from the South.
The two great challenges of our time are to help people in the South become as free from want as people in the North and to encourage people in the North to use as few non-renewable resources, particularly fossil fuels, as people in the South.
