ABSTRACT
Elsewhere in The Reality of Aid, NGOs argue that the eradication of poverty is an international public good and a moral imperative. There are many ways in which governments and people can make a contribution to eradicating poverty, but one is through resources. Aid is an international resource capable of being targeted on poverty.
