ABSTRACT

Part of the ongoing support for TSTs must come from the teams themselves. Team members will need to reassess the technicalities of how the team operates, such as size of team, roles within the team, and rotating team membership (see Activity 2, Handout 1, page 24). Teams will also need to review their involvement with the senior management team as a means of continuously promoting the TST in the school. To this end, teams may wish to invite a senior teacher to be involved in the TSTs own termly/annual review of its workings.
