ABSTRACT
This section of the audit focuses in the main on the extent to which the school is staffed to teach the curriculum effectively; whether there is evidence of real teamwork; and whether the school has a sound staff development and in-service training programme. Effective teamwork requires each member of staff to have a clear understanding of his/her own roles and responsibilities and those of others.
