ABSTRACT
In reading the classification, it is important to recognise that, in reality, such simplified polarisation of the issues does not exist. The issues in Table 7 (adapted from Humphreys 1992) could serve as a useful checklist for deciding on what should be included or referred to when recording and reporting.
