ABSTRACT
In this chapter we look at how to carry out a research project and in doing so incorporate a number of the issues raised in the previous chapters. This chapter addresses four areas (Figure 4.1):
Multilevel approaches to answering research questions – structural, adult and pupil in context;
Examples of different foci and research questions concerned with key issues in SEN research;
A comparison of ways to research inclusion using three different research approaches;
Developing a research theme.
