ABSTRACT
Age 10 years - diagnosed at age 9 years as having AD/HD inattentive-type, and with two symptoms of hyperactivity - considered for some time to be of low ability because of consistently low level of attainment - when tested at age 9 she was found to have average scores on verbal and non-verbal reasoning tests - has always been very shy and uncommunicative.
