ABSTRACT
In the eastern highlands of Ethiopia, Harer is 334 kilometers east of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, and about fifty kilometers from Dire Daw a. Since the redrawing of the country’s political map in 1991, the city falls within Zone 13, also known as Harer.
