ABSTRACT
In a contribution to the Tevet 5740 issue of Hama'ayan , Dr. Abraham S. Abraham discusses a number of questions pertaining to interpersonal obligations in face of danger. Perhaps the most intriguing of these is the obligation of a judge to hear a case and to render a just verdict despite a threat directed against him.
