ABSTRACT

Consistent with the research model presented in Chapter 1, the data reported in this chapter will be concerned with input, process, outcome, and follow-up variables.* It was felt that this procedure would provide a better understanding of the type of client being treated, the course of treatment with this type of client, and the eventual outcome and lasting effects. As indicated previously, the overall importance of this approach is to provide a clearer, more focused understanding of the outcome and follow-up results.
