ABSTRACT
Item, yf any man hath many Iourneys to take by land or by water, let hym haue an eye rounde about hym, for Force is lykely to exceede in all places, and Violence already shaketh his head, and frowneth vpon Trauaylers : but warinesse and courage, are the best Spelles agaynst such Sprites and Goblins.
