ABSTRACT
As it has pleased our Almighty Father the Maker of heaven and earth to pour out his Spirit on the inhabitants of his Zion, and as I have been one who was chosen as an Instrument in his late ministration to the chosen people it has been thought propper by the Holy Anointed or visible Lead on earth that I should make a written declaration of my faith and feelings considering concerning this work which will be a wonder and an astonishment in the of all people.
